Premium HDPE synthetic road plates


The premium HDPE plate has been developed as a more multifunctional ground protection mat for use where a user is seeking the additional requirement of a walking or standing/working surface. Premium HDPE plate features a low-profile anti-slip traction surface, making it ideal for pedestrian applications. With a high load capacity of 120 tons*, Premium HDPE plate can also be used as a roadway, vehicle parking area, or gathering point for supplies and equipment. Weighing only 39 kg at maximum size, this plate can be easily handled by a team of two persons.

PROPERTIES

  • Load capacity up to 120 tons - depending on the terrain

  • Prevent equipment from getting stuck, even in soft conditions

  • Prevent damage and keep the grass smooth, the mats distribute the weight evenly to prevent soil compaction or tracks.

  • The mats are lightweight, allowing them to be deployed by people. No additional machinery is needed in the field.
